1. What is Essenceing?
Essenceing.com is an online cosmetics store which is all about delivering cosmetics products best in terms of quality.
2. What is your purchase process?
Reach the Home Page of the site essenceing.com, then go to the desired BRANDS, click on the desired products. Use the "Search" BOX and enter search terms. A list of products related to the search words will be shown. Alternatively, you can directly enter the name of the product you want to buy. Click on the product you are interested in, you will be then redirected to the product page comprising detailed information about the article.
Add the product to the Cart and do the checkout. Your card details will be asked here, enter it then your order will be confirmed.
3. Are your products safe on sensitive skin?
Our products are dermatologically tested, and hence, are safe for all skin types. Although we suggest customers to apply on smaller region first like on hands and also read the composition carefully to check for any individual allergies.
4. How long does the shipping take?
Essenceing entertains two types of shipping, say Regular shipping which takes less than 7 days and UPS shipping which takes only 2 to 3 days to complete a shipping. Kindly read the Shipping Policy section for more details.
5. My order has not yet arrived, what should I do?
If your package has not arrived even after waiting for the estimated date of delivery, please do check in your nearby postal/courier office whose details would be shared by us. In case if they have not received you have to contact us immediately. We would take necessary measures.
6. How can I contact you?
There is a contact form in our Contact Us page which you have to fill in. We also have email address, postal address, and contact number written on the site. You may choose any mode of communication as you like.
7. Do you have online and offline (instore) services?
We only have online retail store as of now. In case in future if we come up with such an idea we shall let you know promptly.
